OUR HISTORY

Pennhills was started by 4th generation brothers with close ties to the company’s assets dating back to when their great-grandfather serviced the asset and field in the early 1930’s with a team of horses. In 2017, Pennhills acquired assets from Shell Oil Company, assets which were preceded by East Resources and Pennzoil Exploration and Production Company.

Since Pennzoil’s ownership, Pennhills’ assets have had a rich history in the development and production of oil and gas throughout Pennsylvania and New York.
